1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lift Track Gain (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another user.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service is a tracking and reference tool only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme. We accept no liability for injury arising from use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel from Settings; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified by email and require renewed acceptance.
